Butter chicken masala is
a very popular dish in india. It is a mild flavor and deliciously rich gravy.This butter chicken masala recipeis themost popular dish in Indian
restaurants. If u talk to non-indians about Indian food they will tell u few
dishes and on of them is butter chicken. Because they always know about butter chicken masala. First time 1 tried this recipe
at the resturent. I just loved this recipe. Then I have decided to try this
recipe at my own kitchen. I find this recipe a book and also search web side.
Finally I got this recipe and after that I recreate all recipe in my mind and
then cooked butter chicken masala. I have used for this recipe fresh cream in
the gravy. But it is also made cream substitute that some pureed cashew paste
for a different flavor. I made this
recipe for a get together . I served this butter chicken masala with plain nun.
This recipe is really superb. So try this recipe. Lets start this recipe. Hope

Ingredients
- 1 medium sized chicken.(800gm)- cut in to pieces.
- 1 pieces of lemon juice
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt or to test
- 1 cup dahi- hung for 30 minutes in a muslin cloth
- 2 tbsp thick malai or 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
- 1 tbsp kasoori methi(dry fenugreek lesves)
- Few drops of orange red colour(optional)
- ½ tsp black salt
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1cup milk
- 2 tbsp cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2-3tbsp oil
For paste ingredients
- 2’` piece of ginger
- 10 flakes of garlic
- 2 cups readymade tomato puree
- 4tbsp kaju(cashewnuts)
- 1 tsp garammasala
- ½ tsp sugar or to teste
- ½ tsp salt or test
Method
- At first wash and part dry the chicken pieces. Then prick all pieces with afork on all sides.
- Juice the lemon. Rub lemon juice, salt & chilli powder on the chicken and mix it then keep aside for ½ hour.
- Then mix ingredients for marinade- 1cup dahi, 2 tbsp malai or 2 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste, 1 tbsp kasoori methi, ½ tsp black salt,1 tsp garam masala, few drops orange red colour(optinal).
- After that add all marinate mixture in to the c hicken and mix well. Keep aside for 3-4 hours in the fridge.
- Now set your microwave oven at 1800C using the oven (convection) mode and start to preheat.
- Now take grease the wire rack or grill rack. Put chicken pieces on the greased rack and place it hot oven. Place a try covered with alumimium foil in the oven, underneath the chicken to collect the drippings.
- Re-set the preheated oven again at 1800 C for 20 minutes. Cook thepieces for 20minutesor tillcooked. Then remove from oven. Keep tandoori chicken aside.
- Grind all the paste ingredients for a smooth paste in a mixture.
- For gravy ,put butter,oil and the prepared paste in a microwave bowl. Mix well and microwave for 8 minutes.
- Add about 1.5 cups of water, mix and microwave for 6 minutes. Stir once inbetween.
- Add tandoori chicken. Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Now remove from oven and letit cool down till serving time.
- Add milk and microwave for 2 minutes
- Add cream and garam masala. mix it. Now serve it hot with nun/ ruti/pollao.

Chicken masala korma is a on of the most popular dish in
india. This most popular items that can be found on the menu of any Indian
restaurant. Actually korma means mild
creamy meat stew. We can made masala korma with chicken and also mutton. Hare I created recipe of chicken masala korma.
At the first time I have tested this recipe at my friend’s home. It was really
good. After that I search this recipe at internet. I have gated many recipe for
chicken mashala korma. Then recreated all recipe in my mind and made it at my
home. Chicken korma masala has the grace of korma but the typical korma curry
made into a semi dry masala which coats the chicken. For this recipe I used
boneless chicken which is cooked with ground cashew nuts and yogurt. You can serve this recipe with basmati rice
or naan. So lets start this recipe. Which ingredients are needed for this
recipe given below. This recipe must try
for any purpose and I am highly
confident it will impress not only you but also yours family members.
Ingredients
- ½ kg boneless chicken- cut into 1”pieces
- 2 medium onions- finely sliced
- 5 tbsp chopped coriander
- ¾ cup yogurt(dahi) and ¼ cup water- mix well together till smooth
- 1 medium sized onion
- ½ “ piece of ginger
- 2-3 flakes of garlic
- 1 tbsp cashew -nuts (kaju)
- 1 tsp salt or to test
- ¼ tsp haldi(turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
Method
- First grind all ingredients which was given for paste. Mix together very well for a smooth past
- Take a micro proof dish then put 5 tbsp oil in the dish. Then take sliced onion and put it on the micro proof dish. Then microwave for 9 minutes.
- After that add all paste ingredients which are grind and chicken. Mix all paste with chicken very well and microwave for 9minutes or till chicken gets cooked.
- Then take yogurt in a dish and beaten it very well to a smooth past like a cream. Now pore this beaten yogurt in to the chicken and microwave for another 3 minutes.
- Now remove it from the oven. Add coriander and mix well for the garnish. Serve it hot with basmati rice or naan.

Bhaji is a most popular street food in India.
It is specialy popular food at Maharashtra. It is a mixed vegetables
with a fragrant spice blend. Pav refers to the super soft. First time i have
tested it at Mumbai. Then I just loved it. After that I have to decided to made
it at my home. Before made this recipe I have read in so many books and also
search internet. After that I recreated all recipe in my mind and made it at
home by using microwave. It is very easy to make in longer quantities. Now pav
bhaji mashala is available in market. If
you have a good pav bhaji mashala in hand you are good to go. Pav refers to
super soft ingredients and bhaji is the mashed and spiced vegetables that goes
with pav. For the bhaji you can use your own liked vegetables. Hare in this
recipes I add potatoes, carrots, cauliflower, chopped cabbage. It is a nice
recipe enjoy it as a snacks. So let’s start this recipe.
Ingredients
Method- 3onions- chopped finely
- 3 potatoes
- 2 carrots- peeled and chopped
- 2cups chopped cauliflower
- 1 cup chopped cabbage
- 3 tbsp oil
- 3 tblsp butter
- 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2.5 tblsp pav bhaji masala
- ¼ tsp haldi(turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tomatoes-chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped c oriander
- Wash potatoes. Put in a plastic bag and microwave for 5 minutes. Peel and mash coarsely.
- In a deep microproof bowl,put carrots, peas,cauliflower and cabbage. Add ½ cup water. Mix and microwave for 8minutes let it cool. Blend roughly in a mixer for 1-2 seconds. Do not make it into a paste.
- In a microproof dish add oil, onions, ginger, garlic paste, 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala and haldi.mix well. Microwave for 6minutes.
- Add tomatoes and the roughly mashed vegetables .mix well. Add 2 tbsp butter,1.5tbsp salt.cover and microwave for 10minutes. Stir once in between.
- Add 1 cup water. Mix & microwave for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp pav bhaji masala, 2 tbsp chopped coriander and 1 tbsp butter. Mix and serve it hot.

Instant khaman dhokla is a
popular Gujrati dish. It is low cal and nutritious Gujarati snack recipe. It is
made by steamed and relished with coriander chutney. At the first time I can’t
do this recipe. Then I see and search this recipe other blog or any source of
internent that says Kaman dhokla recipe. After that I have decided to made this
recipe. Actually there are many types of verities method of dhokla. It is made
from rice and dal and also made from bason which is generally lighter and
softer than previous. This recipe is made by mixing together besanor gram flour
with salt, sugar, citric acid and water. The batter is then steamed, cut into
squares and tempered with mustard seeds and coriander leaves. I hope this microwave recipe help to
all of you.
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups besan( gramflour)
- 1cup water
- 1tbs oil
- ½ tsp haldi (turmeric)
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- 1 tso ginger paste
- 1 tsp soda-bi-carb(mitha soda)
- 1.5 tsp eno fruit salt 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp rai(mustard seeds)
- 2-3 green chillies- slit into long pieces
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¾ cup water
- 1 tbsp sugar
Method
- Grease a 7” diameter round,flat dish with oil.keep aside.
- Sift besan through sieve to make it light and free of any lumps.
- Mix besan,water,oil,turmeric powder, salt, sugar, chilli paste, ginger paste and water to a smooth batter.
- Add eno fruit salt and soda-bi-crab to the batter and pour lemon juice over it. Beat well for afew seconds.
- Immediately pour this mivture in the greased dish. Microwave uncovered for 6minutes. Remove from oven & keep aside.
- To temper, microwave oil, green chillies, rai, water,s sugar and vinegar for 4 minutes. Pour over the dhokla and wait for ½ hour to absorb it and to turn soft.
- Cool and cut into pieces.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander then serve it.

Cheese Cake

recipe baked cheese cake has become one of the most popular recipes on the
site. It is a classic New York style cheesecake recipe. I was first inspired to make this cake by my
friend’s house. Then we have been cooking together this recipe. It was a really superb. Then after few days I again made it on my sister’s birthday and I
got the impression that it was a hit there too. So it deserves to be
highlighted in my blog as well. Anyways, whoever is reading this recipe my
suggestion is to try this recipe and am sure your folks are going to love this!
In this recipe we also used almonds powder.
Ingredients
- ½ kg paneer-grated
- 1cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 150 gm powdered sugar(1 cups)
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ cup almonds powder
To decorate
Any fresh fruits cut in to thin slices.
Method
- Preheat oven 1900C. grease a 7”loose
bottomed cake tin with oil and dust with 1tbsp flour.
- Add in to grated paneer.blend panner with 1 cup milk in
a mixer-grinder till very smooth. Add egg yolks to the paneer in the
blender, keeping the white of the eggs aside. Chum toblend well.
- Remove from blender to a big bowl. Add sugar and beat
well with an electric hand egg
beater till smooth.
- Then add vanilla essence, almond powder beater till
smooth.
- In a clean dry bowl beat egg whites till stiff peaks
form. Gently fold in the stiff egg whites into the paneer.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared tin and bake in
the preheated oven for 50-60 mintes until firm and golden. Check with a
toothpick.
- When done switch
of the oven heat and leave cheesecake inside the oven to cool
completely,with the door open. Chill in the refrigerator.
- To serve remove cheesecake from tin. Top with thin slices of any seasonal fruit. Serve with thin sweetened cream flavoured with vanilla essence.

Few some days I wanted to tried bake an eggless chocolate cake.
Earlier I have baked an chocolate cake with egg. Last week I made this recipe
at microwave. So I wish I had saved the recipe. Before made this recipe I
have read in so many recipe books and also search web-sites. After that I
recreated all recipe in my mind. Then I made this recipe at my home. This
recipe is totally eggless so any vegetarian people easily tried this recipe.
This is a chocolate cake so for this recipe also needed chocolate sauce. First
I baked an chocolate cake then I also made chocolate sauce for decorate the
cake. For decorated the cake I also used dry fruits like almonds, cashew and
peseta. Finely finished it and it can be produce as a delicious desserts
for any simply family occasions. like any birthday party, family get to
gather etc. I hope this microwave recipe helps to all of you. So
all the best to all of you who can try this recipe.
- ¾ tsp level baking powder
- 100 gms (1 cup) maida (plain flour)
- 1 tsp vanilla essence½ tin condensed milk(milk maid)
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup butter(75gm)
- 1½ tbsp powdered sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ¾ tsp level soda-bicarb
- 4tbsp coco powder
- 2 tbsp butter- soffened
- 1 tsp coffe
- 1 cup powderd sugar
- 2-3 tbsp chopped walnuts/ almonds
Method
- Mix maida with cocoa powder, soda-bicrab and baking powder. Keep aside.
- Mix sugar and butter. Beat very fluffy. Add milk-maid. Beat well.
- Add milk and essence. Add maida. Beat well for 3-4 minutes till the mixture is smooth and light.
- Then greased deep microwave dish of 9``diameter. Then transfer the mixture to the dish
- Microwave for 5minutes.then let it cool.
- Now cake is ready.
- For decorated add 4 tbsp water in a microwave in a bowl for 1minutes.
- Add coffe and mix it.
- Add coco powder and butter and mix it.
- Return to microwave and microwave at 70% power for 1 minute. Gradually add the suger and mix well.
- Glaze the cake with the icing, making peaks with the spoon.
- Then decorate with walnuts/ almonds
- After that serve it.
