Chicken Bharta

Bharta means mashed. It is a very popular dish in restaurant. Bharta can be a vegetarian dish and also non-veg dish. vegetarian dish like baingan bharta or non-veg like chicken bharta. I am a chicken lover and Chicken Bharta  is one of  my favorite restaurant food.  This is a recipe of restaurant style chicken bharta and this recipe help you how to made chicken bharta as restaurants style at home.I tried out this dish and it was a superb. So this recipe deserves to be in my blog as well. Anyways, whoever is reading this recipe  and is a chicken lover, my request  is  them to try this recipe and i wish you are going to love this recipe.
Ingredients
  • 500gms boneless chicken- cut in to small pieces
  • 3 onions finaly chopped
  • 1 tbsp saboot dhania
  • 1 tbsp  dhania crushed
  • 1 piece ginger chopped
  • 10 flakes garlic chopped
  • 3 tomato chopped
  • 1big tomato pureed in mixer
  • 2 dry red chilies break into pieces
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • ½ tsp amchoor powder
  • 2 tbsp kasoori methi leaves
  • 2 green chillies
  • 2 tbsp chopped dhania leaves
How to cooked chicken bharta
  • Cut bonless chicken into thin long strips.cut in to it small pieces.
  • Put 4 tbsp oil,chopped onion,crushed dhania ,saboot dhania and ginger and garlic in to a microproof dish and microwave for 9 minutes. 
  • Then add  chicken, mix well and microwave covered for 4 minutes. 
  • Add chooped tomatoes,pureed tomatoes,dry red chillies,salt,garam mashala,dhania powder,amchoor, kasasoori methi and green chillies.then mix it very well.
  • Cook on combination mode for 10 minuts. 
  • Mix once in between. 
  • Finaly garnish fresh dhania leavesa  and serve it hot.
