Preparation Of Chicken Masala Curry
Chicken Masala Curry
Ingredients
  • 1 kg boneless  chicken
  • 2medium onions chopped
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2  tbsp chopped coriander
  • 3/4 cup dhai
  • 1 medium  sized onion paste
  • 1/2 pieces ginger
  • 2-3 flakes garlic
  • 1tsp cashewnuts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
Method
  • Mix all ingredients together to the onion paste
  • Put 5 tbsp oil and sliced onion in a microwave dish and microwave for 9 minutes.
  • Add onion paste and chicken.mix and microwave for 9 minutes cooked.
  •  Add well beaten curd and microwave for 3minutes
  • Add coriander. mix well then serve hot.
