Chicken Masala Curry |
- 1 kg boneless chicken
- 2medium onions chopped
- 5 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 3/4 cup dhai
- 1 medium sized onion paste
- 1/2 pieces ginger
- 2-3 flakes garlic
- 1tsp cashewnuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 haldi
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Mix all ingredients together to the onion paste
- Put 5 tbsp oil and sliced onion in a microwave dish and microwave for 9 minutes.
- Add onion paste and chicken.mix and microwave for 9 minutes cooked.
- Add well beaten curd and microwave for 3minutes
- Add coriander. mix well then serve hot.
